Codex (Web) - Can't setup and create environment (GitHub integration issue)

Hi!
I’m not able to setup Codex on my account, it seems like my GitHub integration is not being correctly setup.

When Codex launched on the web, I initially created an environment to try it out.
Yesterday, I wanted to try out GPT-5-Codex, and I was also trying to setup the Codex Code Review in Github.

The Codex settings said that I needed to update my GitHub permissions.
However, I couldn’t find where to do this, so I decided to revoke the Github integration and start over.

However, right now I’m not able to create a new environment. I have deleted my personal and organization integration, and now when I try to create an environment, I see the button “Connect Github org” (ie. there’s no GH integration)

When I click in “Connect Github org”, and configure the Codex Connector, I see this (it seems to be correctly setup, but it doesn’t)

However, when I try to delete via the Codex “Integrations” page (on the web), I see a toast “Error disconnecting connector”

Also, when I delete the GitHub (directly in Github), and I approve the GitHub Oauth app again, the redirect does not work.

It seems like there’s some issue with connecting Github after deleting the integration on the GH side. Can someone help me out here?

Nevermind.
I deleted all the integrations/connectors in my Github, waited a few minutes, and when I reloaded and made the flow to create the envinronment, it now worked.
(Even though I still got an error in the OAuth redirect)
