Hi, so I am honest user. I buy a lot of credits, then suddenly credits went from 1990 to these values. Who should I contact, to know what happened?

I send an email to OpenAI will keep you posted with the progress. I think everything was not working well last 2 days
No progress yet, still negative tokens but the sub is working from today mornign somehow and neither usage nor credits being consumed
Ok I have the first reply from support they are investigating

I escalated this a day or so ago, but I did so again today through another route.
Has support not followed up at all yet after they said they were investigating four days ago?
Yes. I am not angry btw just asking for help. I understand the development is really rapid right now

Between April 13 and April 16, 2026, some usage was processed later than usual. That delay made some credit balances appear to deplete faster than expected or temporarily go negative once the delayed usage posted. Hence, there was no accidental usage of tokens, but only a delay in actual token usage being accounted for.
As a one-time goodwill gesture due to the confusion this caused, we’ve written off the negative credit balance on your account.
