Valid and normal phone number are not able to receive the verification code. An account that already bind the phone number in ChatGPT account then not able to change the SMS receive code to WhatsApp. SMS not able to receive the verification code.

I have also been getting this problem since the last few days I have not been able to get into the Codex app. Because of this I have raised a ticket as well but it’s saying that I will hear back in the coming days. Could you please look into this matter? I already have a number attached to my account but it’s not sending the code to that number. It’s sending a different one when I try to log in to Codex.
Heard back from them and got no help at all I’m being told simply to create a new account but They are not concerned at all that The new account will be a free account While I had a plus account With which I can’t access codex now
