I have tried disconnecting and connecting multiple times, and checked repo settings, but couldn’t find how to display my repos on the codex. It seems like the only repos showing on the codex is the ones that I created a few years ago, possibly some securities settings difference. Fresh new 2 projects I made today are also not showing on codex after connecting my github account. Is anyone else experiencing the same and knows how to resolve this issue?
Same issue here. Tried deleting every connection to github and re-adding with same issue remaining. I can see 2 private repos of 60 or so in total.

Found out the issue for me: had another Github account connected to ChatGPT Connector as well. After uninstalling and revoking the app from both GitHub accounts and logging in via a clean private browser window it now shows all repos.
If you have multiple GitHub accounts registered with Codex, this issue may occur.
Only one account will appear on the page:
[codex > setting > data control]
(/codex/settings/data)
So, you should first remove your GitHub account from that page and then register the GitHub account whose repositories were not showing.
This problem has been left unresolved for a long time, and there seems to be no plan to fix it.
If you really need to use multiple accounts, you might try using GitHub’s collaborator feature as a workaround.
Since Codex shows no intention of fixing this bug, you should only register a single GitHub account with Codex.
Same issue. I’m hoping for some official attention on this because obviously the entire product is unusable when you can’t load the repo.
i also face the same issue last night .
I had the same issue, only the 10 first (alphabetical order) repos are showing. I had to change to “only the selected repos” on github instead of all repos to use repos that didn’t start with A,B or C.
Likely only take the first 10 repos at the query level before doing any filtering (in the frontend I guess). Maybe put the codex repo in codex ![]()

I have the same issue (even with only one github account). openai support is dragging their feet since two months. it feels like I am not even talking to a human or to an LLM, they keep recommending solutions to unrelated products (like openai platform). it’s ridiculous.
Quick update: after weeks of back and forth with rather less qualified OpenAI customer service agents (not even the AI agents) I received a response from their technical team:
