Since the recent Codex CLI update, I have noticed that the granularity of code change details has decreased compared to previous versions. While I prefer to transparently monitor every step of the modification process, the CLI now seems to prioritize showing inference results rather than the actual, specific code changes, which has been quite inconvenient.
Is there a specific setting or method to view all changes without them being omitted? Also, I would like to know if other users are experiencing similar behavior or if this is an intended update.
