I had a reasonably good workflow going prior to the GTP 5 codex update 2 days ago. Codex would run Git commands for me to approve, then create PRs, and run them back through my CI/CD and I’d squash/merge or troubleshoot the error. Since the update Codex can’t do any of that.
Codex functions identically as ChatGPT would outside of the Cursor/IDE I’ve lost nearly all of the integration benefits… I have to run all of the CLI commands and am back to copy and paste hell… Anybody else? What am I missing?
