Hello! On my ChatGPT Plus account, for GPT-4o, I have the outdated training cutoff of October 2023 instead of the updated June 2024.
I verified this by first asking a new chat what its cutoff was, and then by asking a new chat various questions reliant on newer data — both reinforced that I am stuck on the older version of 4o. I’ve tried resolving this by logging out, clearing the cache, and using multiple devices (phone, desktop, app, and web), but the issue persists, so I know it’s an account issue. I know I should have it because my friends’ accounts do.
In case it is notable for resolving the issue: My account was previously on a Teams plan, and the associated deactivated Workspace is still accessible. I want to delete this workspace, but I don’t think I can without reactivating the Teams plan for my account and another.
Is anyone else finding that they have this issue? Any advice?
