Hello guys, I’ve run into a weird bug: my GPT can’t open/read any PDF file, I’ve tried using both web and Windows App version, none of them would read the file I uploaded. How can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

I met the same issue, and found the solution helped.
You can upload a jpg file first and then GPT will be able to read PDFs.
