I’m a student in US , during the time of my free trail for chatgpt plus I’ve made a accidental purchase to chatgpt pro which is 200$ , I’ve went to help and asked the bottom right AI bot (Fin) it’s been 24 hours after getting a reply (Refund request escalated to support specialist)
What are my other options ?
Please let me know as 200 as a student living away from parents is too much for me

My request was “Escalated to a specialist” 4 days ago, and I was supposed to hear from them within 24 hours, but I haven’t, so I don’t know how effective help really is. I’m very disappointed with how they handle their customers.
Well I got my refund
It’s been 2 days for the support to respond but it’s done , they sent me invoice as well as proof of refund within 10 days
I have not yet received my refund, despite having emailed ChatGPT. When can I expect them to address this issue?
