I recently purchased ChatGPT and I’m having trouble enabling plugins and browsers. Any idea why this might be happening? I’ve followed the necessary steps, but it’s not working. Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Any luck in a different browser? Incognito/Private window? Disable ad-blockers/script-blockers?
I’ve noticed that if I have ‘Privacy Mode’ on i.e. I’m not allowing ‘Chat history & training’ in Settings, then I can not access Plugins. There is just nothing to select. So try turning History back on and see if that makes a difference.
I’m using Safari. YMMV.
