ChatGPT plus activation - no support

Anyone else had recent issue with signing up for ChatGPT plus and it not activating on your account? I signed up using Apple Store on my iPhone, I’ve contacted support so many times I’ve gone through all the steps to try and resolve it but then support
just stop responding before getting to a resolution. I just want to cancel it and get a refund and I’ll sign up again - but I can’t get a consistent message back. It’s been almost a week of messaging them.

Anyone got any tips or suggestions to get a resolution? Thanks

It seems they have issues with new signups. Might be related to your issue.
