When I try to access ChatGPT, I am getting a message that says “Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website.”
Please can anyone let me know what steps I can take to resolve this issue?

Have you activated your email address through your mail?
If not open your mail app (usually GMAIL or HOTMAIL) find the mail sent by Open AI.
Click the link within the email and done!
You have access!
