Hello all!
Since yesterday night, the popup about a new memory feature is blocking my GTP. Impossible to close the popup window, nothing i can do.
I tried all the known browser > same issue
Mac or Windows > same issue
I tried to install the app > same issue
I flushed and cleaned all memory > nothing change same issue
I need urgently a solution please.
The “Activate” button is not working at all and does not close the popup window.
Please Help!

I had the same issue yesterday where I couldn’t load ChatGPT, and now I’m getting the pop-up blocking me.
Yes same here.
We are a lot in this situation, i really hope that support will solve this asap.
I tried on mac windows = same issue.

A guy in the Netherlands update his post and the button did work maybe we should wait but cant do anything from now
I’m in Belgium and i’ve just tried a few seconds ago = does not work
Belgium too hope they will fix this quickly
The same issue in Ireland. This popup has been blocking my UI since yesterday

I’ve sent a mail to support this morning, but no answer yet.

Same here, cant use gpt cause the pop up is blocking it.
Same issue from Germany. I found I can work gtp through my mobile but not the computer… tried 3 different browsers, private mode or normal, cleared caches… so frustrating.

Just refreshed my browser and now it’s ok
Yeah problem fixed for me too (belgium)
The bug isn’t fixed for me (UK) The app is fixed but the website isn’t.
Is this ok now? Have you tried to CTRL+F5 or +R? (on windows)

Not really still have the same issue here in UK
the same problem in Italy too
For me, this is not fixed in GER. The error code that my browser is giving me, is an internal Server Error → “/backend-api/settings/account_user_setting?feature=sunshine&value=false”
