I was randomly using for some math problem I had, and the literal same issue happened to me. I tried it on Firefox instead of chrome, to no success. But the app version did work for me

Latex fails in any of the three ‘math’ GPTs I work with. Even more, in some yesterday’s dialogues it’s vanished, although 24 hrs ago everything looked decently. The issue is observed both in FireFox and Chrome, OS Windows.
