I am asking a question in english with voice and see my questions typed in Dutch with the exact translation(checked it with google translate) and actually giving me a quite good answer but in dutch. This happened multiple times.

It has been reported several times, but the reasons might vary, such as the accent, the topic, or something else.
For example, I spoke in English and didn’t use any words from another language. Once, I was talking about how my neighbor brought over some food, and I showed it using a video in AVM. Even though I asked a question in English, and English is the default language on my app, one of my questions appeared in Turkish. I think it might be because I was talking about a Turkish cultural food, “simit,” so it displayed in Turkish. Also, the system flagged it, even though there wasn’t anything wrong.
Another time, my son was talking in English about the pyramids of Giza, but the text showed up in Arabic.
I believe it will take time for the system to fully understand everything correctly, and OpenAI has been investigating these issues.
