We are not longer able to interact with ChatGPT using Safari Version 15.6.1 (15613.3.9.1.16, 15613). It all started a week and a half ago.
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

We have the same problem!
Restarting the program or system does not help.
Our previous questions and the answers are still displayed, but a new question is stuck, so to speak.
No matter whether you use the return button or the send button.
There is also no response to the request to generate a new password.

None of our browsers on a MacBook running Catalina are able to communicate with ChatGPT. (Safari, Firefox and Chrome)
However, on an iMac Pro running Sonoma, it works as usual.
(At least, but what could be the reason for blocking it on the older operating system)?
The same problem, macOS Monterey 12.6.1 MacBook Pro M1 2020, Safari version 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16). Works in any other browser but not Safari. Don’t want upgrade macOS to 14+ only for get ChatGPT App for Mac and/or open separate browser only for ChatGPT( Pls fix it, why I need pay for subscription if is not works?
Mine is Pro version! Well, if does not work for MacBook please do return my money!!
Hello, I have the same issue with Catalina on my iMAC. I had to download Chrome to make it work.
So, there are workarounds but I would prefer using safari.
Can you please tell us how to fix this or do a fix in ChatGPT.

We tried Chrome as well and it worked, but we are not going to switch browsers just to access the platform. It is a NO GO for us.
On the other hand, the Chrome’s latest version we have is 126.0.6478.115 (Official Build) (x86_64).
If you are using CatalinaOS (MacOS 10.15.), then you’ll need MacOS 11 or later in order to get future Google Chrome updates.
Using chrome may solve the access/interaction issue for a while, until the browser needs an upgrade and then you will need to find another browser option or find a way to build this capability on safari using CatalinaOS to access/interact with the platform properly.
I have same issue, Safari Version 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16) . macOS Monterey Version 12.7.5 .
I thought it was server issue. But after checking on status.openai.com and on my Chrome it seems the problem is just with Safari 15? Really strange.
Same as everyone above - safari ChatGPT accepts input in the text input but the onPress for the submit doesn’t do anything, and there is no menu or sidebar. I’m paying for premium too, so this is extremely frustrating.
Wild that this bug has existed for this long.
