I had the same issue with mac + chrome. I have already fixed it going to devtools → applications → local storage → right click to the url and clear. Then log in again and it should work 
Please clear cookies, I solved the problem by this method and gave him self-diagnosis by asking gpt afterwards. . .
I am having problems with ChatGPT not working on Chrome, Edge for Windows 11 (all completed updated) for several days:
- Cannot submit any request (any PROMPT), cannot access config menu neither, cannot access and change GPT 3.5 to GPT 4.
- ChatGPT works only on my Android device.
And is is UMBELIEVEBLE that an AI company, that provides a ChatBOT, doesn’t not provide for it’s paying users correct information on its website (instructions, whey they exist, always refer to elements and actions that DO NOT EXIST in the WEB INTERFACE or ANDROID GUI INTERFACE, and also hide, at most, information on “How to open a Ticket”. Links to access support team are hidden (if they exist) or do not work.

i am having same issue multiple devices and browsers, only workaround is deleting cookies…

Same issue here since this weekend (Friday it began). Only clearing all browser data worked for me until now. Which kicks me out of all my Websites.
