ChatGPT does Reply whatever i say in different language like Hindi, Tamil, Spanish etc. Has anyone been able to accomplish this, and what settings did you use?

I’m not sure I understand. But you should be able to just ask it to reply in whatever language you want, no matter what language you ask in.
