Hello,
I’ve contacted OpenAI Enterprise Sales team 5 times now and they are no help. We have a Business Plan ChatGPT with 31 seats and we need User analytics feature which is only available with Enterprise Plan and they keep replying and suggesting based on our needs Business Plan is the correct plan for us, but I keep explaining the need for that feature, but no luck. It’s frustrating dealing with them. They just keep auto-reply with the same message and we can’t reply to their messages, and we have to create a new contact and wait for a reply. Going in a non-productive loop.
Any ideas to get an answer from them as far as our needs?
