When I start the app, I get this error message instantly:
“An error has occurred. Please try again later.”
This is happening since several weeks now. I tried on differnet networks, WLAN, Mobile. Deleted cache, reinstalled the app. Nothing helps.

I tried the help section, chatted with the support bot (tells me the team gets in contact via email, but nothing since more than a week), no response.
I can’t use the mobile app tough I am paying for ChatGPT 4.

I started getting this message yesterday, I can’t use the app at all. I tried restarting the phone and the app.
I am using a Pixel 7A
+1 for me as well. Any chance it has something to do with cache? I’ve uninstalled and reinstall the app. Uninstall the rebooted and reinstall the app and each time it remembers my credentials. Is there a way to delete the cache?
On Android you can delete the cache and saved data. But the login data seems to be persistend, no matter what I try. What device do you use?

I had the same problem. Deleting the cache and the app data fixed it for me.
Fixed for me. Same error. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. No help. I then force-stopped the app and cleared the cache and app data. Upon re-start I had to login again but all seems to be working again.
This exact procedure fixed it for me too. No error since re-login so far.
Unfortunately this did not fix the problem for me.

I also tried:
-uninstalling the app - upon reinstalling the software still had my login data and the problem persisted
closeing the app + deleting cache + uninstalling the app - same thing, error still there
If reinstalling didn’t work with you, just try to logout and login again and hopefully it will work.
