Hi All
When opening GPT up it goes to this page and that is it and when trying to open on the phone it comes up with oops is there something wrong with openAi. I have a paid subscription to chat-gpt $30 a month here in AUS, as i am new to this i am unsure of why this is happening i have look to find any information on why but can’t find any. If somebody could help this would be good

Have you tried clearing your browser cache.
Step one uninstall your GPT App step 2 then clear your cache step 3 then go to the browser version and archive your chats step 4 then reinstall your app and sign in.
