Facing the same issue for last 3 days!
Just wondering why Team OpenAI is not paying attention to it when lot of users are complaining about it.
I wrote to OpenAI support, and it feels like ChatGPT is replying. They aren’t saying anything specific. The funniest part is that a couple of hours ago the issue disappeared, I uploaded a couple of files, and it appeared again! Now nothing is working again. This is torture for users with a paid subscription.
How is it possible that free plan offers all capabilities whereas us, “premium” users that paid money, are being limited to some lame text generation.
Well I am pretty sure one week ago it worked fine. But now webpage Chatgpt on my windows PC cannot process images and docs. Kept giving excuses and I am really mad about it. It works fine on IOS and iPadOS App, but just not windows PC Browser. I pay $20 a month and This really SUCKS.

same here i try uploud my image but its dont see that
gpt-4o and gpt-4o mini suddenly say that they can’t read any pictures uploaded. I always uploaded pictures with questions together and they always can provide the answer.
I also try mobile app chatgpt, the gpt-4o indeed can read picture and answer.
I then try gpt-4 in desktop it can read picutre and ansser.
i have the same issues, it dont work in my browser in my laptop and my safari browser but works in my Android app!!! fix this its been 5 days!!!
my other free acount can upload file or pictures but not the premium users who pay???
mine is also ignoring everything i am asking it in regards code and just says let me know when you’re ready to start. even thought i provide a code and asked it to do a task. its simply ignoring all commands

Aren’t there hundreds of thousands of users? Maybe it’s just a small amount that is screwed but it’s really sad to pay for a service and have no information as to when or if it will ever be the same:(
