Why does it refuse to generate full code files?
No amount of “don’t be lazy”, “don’t leave any blanks for me to implement” or forbidding him to state

go away and show me the full code file. Even hand-feeding it sometimes becomes cumbersome as it refuses to do it, especially with longer code files with multiple functions. This makes me cancel my plan to be honest.
