It works fine until this afternoon, but I gave it a couple images tonight and it kept saying “The image you provided appears to be a repetition of generic placeholder text and does not contain specific information.” I have no idea

I’m having the same issue, except ChatGPT is referencing real people as the reason it can’t describe an image.

I am having the same problem, gpt 4 is having trouble recognizing the same pic that i sent out days ago, back them it could read just fine and answer the questions in that pic, but now its telling me im sorry i cannot help.

it always says ‘’ sorry, i cannot help with that’’ no matter how simple is the image. until yesterday the image recognition function is still fine…

Im also experiencing similar issues. The image processing feature was working perfectly fine for me until recently. Has anyone reached out to OpenAI’s support or found any updates on the situation? It would be great if this can be resolved soon.
