I am having a buggy experience with chatbots thus far. I am creating bots that return custom email content for our support team to save time. In our bot, I am trying to return links so that the customer can have a great buying experience.
I have two issues:
- Hyperlinks are incorrect: Hyperlinks are not retrieving correctly from a simple two column spreadsheet, whereas the first column is the product code and second is the hyperlink. The bot is changing the hyperlink.
- Hyperlinks are not clickable. When it outputs the link, they are non-clickable.
Anyone else have this experience?
