Hello, I’ve got 2 issues. First one - uploaded a Microsoft Word file with Url links to print with responses. Though it is printing some urls in the responses, the Url links are not clickable. Second issue - I’ve given a general instruction to the GPT to search for products in a few specified websites for each response to the user but the GPT is ignoring this instruction. First issue - pls advise. Second issue - is this doable with Knowledge file or does this need fine tuning of the model itself.
