Hi folks, I want to build a WhatsApp chatbot that can respond to customer inquiries based on our predefined instructions. Currently, we are using sleekflow to manage the WhatsApp system, and our staff handles customer queries with the same set of questions. What we want to do is have OpenAI handle the process of asking those questions using the guidelines we have (using sleek flow). I don’t know where to start, could you provide me with suggestions or any sources where I can gather information to initiate this project?
