I cannot access my account. What is wrong with the site today? Has anyone else be having these issues today? Side bar will not pop up nor will it let me use the mic option. Any suggestions for a fix or any idea of when the issue will be fixed?

There are no issues at the moment; I am using it without any problems.
Are you accessing it on a desktop or mobile phone?
These types of issues can vary, and there may not be a single solution since the root cause is unclear.
- If you’re using a VPN, please turn it off.
- If you’re connected to public Wi-Fi, disable it.
- Clear your browser’s cache, cookies, and history.
- Disable all plugins or extensions in your browser (e.g., antivirus, malware blockers, ad blockers, etc.).
- Try logging out from all your devices:
Settings → Security → Log out all. This option is available on web apps, but you can also do it on mobile by using a web browser, not mobile ChatGPT app.
- Restart your browser.
- Log back into ChatGPT.
