I subcripted to ChatGPT plus, and I just checked my credit card payment last month and this month, I see 7 x 20 USD = 140 USD was and will be charged from my bank account. I need someone to solve this,
This is terrible. I hope you figure it out. The support is non-existent.
Today I received an email from OpenAI informing me that my account was charged for $109.81. I have not authorized any payments or recharges today. The first and last charge of $12.20 was in March. Logging into platform.openai.com, the billing overview page was blank. After ten minutes I was able to view the billing overview page again. My credit is at 0 and all historical information on consumption and payments (including methods) is at 0 (when I had about $10 in credit). I have only one API Key and the last use was in April.
I contacted the help center and a chatbot asked me for my transaction information. Currently the charge shows up on my credit card. I am hoping for a refund from OpenAI or I will be forced to recognize the transaction as fraud.
I think it is an OpenaAI problem that has been going on for months.
