Changing email is not supported, but adding a member is not a solution

I understand that I cannot change the email address of my account.
The suggestion is to invite a new member with the new email address.
I have done that, but I run into two issues:

  • it is a new member, so it does not have access to the chat history
  • if I want to use GPT4, I have to pay for this new email address as if it were a new customer

I am afraid that having a new email address implies that you have to delete your old account and start over from scratch.
