Can't upload PDF's - File Upload Error 5

Very frustrating, can’t upload PDF’s to Chat GPT on my premium account. Not on Mobile, Desktop, new browser, nothing. Keep encountering this error on desktop. I asked the GPT, and it said maybe the file permissions aren’t set up right. (Despite it working maybe 2 weeks ago). So I downloaded the file locally, and didn’t change a thing.

Then I tried using a free account for some other random email, still didn’t change.

Does anyone have a solution? Is this some sort of wide spread outage that’s somehow affecting my area for like a week or so?

I have the same issue with pdfs that i export from remarkable. other pdfs seem to work fine.

Me too. I was having chatgpt convert tables to ics format for my calendar. The upload button is gone today and it says the functionality has been disabled. I thought maybe it was just me. Tried a few dummy acounts to see but no success.
