I can’t upload any images in gpt ? Does anyone have similar pb ?

For me, ChatGPT-4 constantly gives a “Hmm…something seems to have gone wrong.” once images are uploaded, even if you edit a previous question to discard the one with the image

Yes got the same problem of uploading the images. Can’t work anymore !
