Chat will not let me share a chat thread when there are images. To be honest very annoying. Is it my system or is this an OpenAI issue? If it is an OPenAI issue will they address it and if so when? Thanks in advance for your help. This may help others too.
This is not an error in either ChatGPT or your system.
If you upload an image into chat, you cannot share it. This is OpenAI policy.
But, If you create an image in Chat, you can share the chat.
If you download DALL-E image and upload to chat, you cannot share it.

It is not an issue, it is the way it currently works. That might change in the future but for now it is what it is.
