Can't save more than the first line in a prompt in Agent Builder

In AgentBuilder, I have a long prompt (>20 lines) for one of my nodes. Every time I click save, only the first line actually gets saved. This is creating issues since i have important instructions for the node to follow.

Things I’ve tried/notes

  • creating a fresh workflow - same thing happens
  • checked the logs - only the first line of the prompt is getting sent
  • the last time i successfully published a prompt was right before thanksgiving. i was trying to publish a new version on 12/1
  • this is the second day it’s been happening now

anyone else noticing this? thanks!

I had a similar issue, and in my case, the problem was that my prompt had special characters (bullet points). So I’ve removed them, left only plain text, and that worked.

@catsparks let me know if @jazzm’s workaround helps! If not, could you share a prompt that I can try reproducing with?
