Cant name, save or preview an Agent in Agent Builder - Completely 'stuck'. please assist

For over 36 hours now, i have a series of problems with Agent Builder.

I can’t name, preview or save a workflow in Agent Builder. I can build in it but cant save that build (or preview it).

My previous existing workflow couldn’t be saved. Neither could a new one or a template when I tried one. The ‘three dots” next to ‘preview’ top right of the screen don’t produce a menu. I cant change the workflow name top left to rename it. In the ‘preview’ screen I cant enter any text in ‘send a message.’

To remedy I have checked the account data - it’s in order. Then I’ve tried deleting cookies for 7 days and using a completely different browser from chrome (Edge with its cookies deleted). I’ve also tried switching the GPT model.

Nothing works. What can I do? I’m open to any bug fix.

I’m having the same issue here. Were you able to get to a resolution?

Not exactly, no.
I get functionality for some of the time, but now we’ve simply lost files we worked on. No trace of them. Its a lottery in terms of what you get. We’re about done with this builder. The only thing keeping us is that SURELY they will fix the bugs since its OPENAI.

I had the same issue I have found a solution that worked for me.

  1. Open preview.
  2. Close preview
  3. Now the three dots has the option to rename the flow. It will then also save the flow.

I even just lost all workflows I have, cannot save or publish a workflow, maybe my workflow is quite complex
