I used to have no problem uploading pdfs, now pdfs that I know that work and uploaded earlier wont work, when they work i recieve the message : It looks like you’ve uploaded multiple files. How can I assist you with them? Are you looking for specific information, comparisons, summaries, or anything else? ---- and after digging in the answers are all about a complete different file. This started today in March 27.

I’m facing the exact same issue. It looks like automatic extraction and analysis is not working. I keep getting this message — It looks like you’ve uploaded a document. How can I assist you with it? Are you looking for a summary, specific information, or something else?

it takes a whole day to be able to re upload a file. Anyone getting that issue as well?

Exactly the same issue and it started from 27th March. I upload 2-3 files and do a certain sequence of events and it used to work smoothly but since yesterday it all went south with nothing seems to working once a file is uploaded. I am amazed how come it is not flagged with Open AI yet. Does anyone got any solutions?

Should be same as my issue. 4-turbo is being used instead of 4o, and it is hallucinating.
