Can someone tell me how to contact ChatGPT to get the password reset link? I have tried over and over and never get the email. I cannot login so I can’t go to help.openai.com because it doesn’t have a way to contact them. I am stumped at this point and I pay for the service. I can’t use it if I can’t login.
If you used one of the authentication methods to login instead of an email/password combination, you’ll need to use that same method, and the will only be able to change the password on your own authentication account (such as Google).
