No I still have this feature. I did what you suggested and still cannot use it.
For me the issue with Chatgpt working on the phone and not on computer, happend after the newly released update.

Same issue. Was glitching a bit yesterday but was still working. Hasn’t worked today at all. I have tried deleting caches, cookies, incognito… still not working. For plus subscribers, are we going to receive any compensation for the down time?

Try turning off your VPN. That was causing this issue for me. Turning off VPN fixed it.
