Cannot increase my monthly usage limit "Quota Increase Request"

I’ve submited the “Quota Increase Request” to set a monthly usage limit from default 120$ to 500$.

My company is now working on multiple AI solutions and integrations. But we cannot continue because we reached our monthly limit usage… We submited the “Quota increase request” 10 days ago, but dont have any news.

OpenAI webpage says 1-2 business days… How long will this normally take?.
