Yes, not working right now, also tested it. Just says ‘You do not currently have access to this feature’. Doesn’t make sense if you create a blog post with a link to the create page and it is not working.

I can’t wait to create GPTs and I’m looking forward to this new feature being available to us GPT+ users. I just tried it out and it’s also telling me that this feature is not available.

Same here, I can’t wait! I’ve taken prompt engineering as far as it can go on its own and looking forward to the new tools!
Right now it seems no one can access this feature, I’ll just watch this post till I see someone type …

I know everyone seems to be struggling with the same issues - I have gpt 4 but I want to make sure I don’t have to have anything else (i.e. API registration). Just wanna learn to do this for fun!
I also upgraded to Plus plan to checkout the create own GPT functionality.
I could not get to the functionality to create own GPT model either. I thought may be it was made available only to Enterprise users and not to plus users. Anyway I sent an email to their Enterprise Sales.
Did they say it is available to Plus users in yesterday’s devday? Or is it clarified somewhere on OpenAI website?
It’s the same for me, saying I don’t have access to that feature. I’m trying for the /create link like everyone else. Also Plus subscriber and beta tester. My suspicion is there’s a problem with the rollout, and they had to push it off, but it would be really nice to know one way or another. There was something in a blog post, if I can find it, that indicated that this wasn’t necessarily an immediate rollout: “Plus and Enterprise users can start creating GPTs this week. Later this month, we’ll launch the GPT Store…”

I also enabled beta features from the Settings. Believe that is necessary step.
Same. Plus user since January 2023. Also working on developing some things. Link says I do not have access.
This is equally still occurring in the UK. If someone hears when we should expect a rollout plz do ask if that same timeframe applies to outside the US as well. Thanks!

If they’re doing a rollout they should allow you to sign up for notification for when you have access. Requiring users to randomly poll the site like this is crazy.

Same here - looks like it is still being rolled out.
it wouldn’t be as frustrating if their announcement at DevDays didn’t literally say “available today” and instead said rolling out over the next n days.

+1 - Eagerly waiting for this feature. By the way, not sure of their pricing structure around the gpt app usage either (Like who have to pay for all the tokens used by the public app users etc.,) Does anybody know?
