Cannot access the plugin store to get the 'Develop your own plugin' option

I’ve got the plugin develop access as an early developer of ChatGPT Plugins with a non ChatGPT plus account. I’ve use the account to develop a plugin and got review approved to the plugin store successfully in July.

Now, thought I can see the plugins option in the Alpha model, I cannot access the plugin store to get the ‘Develop your own plugin’ option for testing plugins.

Is there any ways to fix this or the plugin development was totally shifted to GPTs action development?
