I’ve seen that some GPT-3.5 users have image access, while some have the Read Aloud option, but others do not. I don’t have image access yet. Is there any priority order or something similar when new features are given to free users?

The vision model is exclusive to Plus users.
I wouldn’t outright dismiss the possibility that a small number of users may have gotten access via a free subscription but that’s definitely nothing you can expect to happen to the whole user base.

Hello, I was surprised that Chatgpt3.5 can upload images to it, and it is a feature that is open to some but not all
But the “Read Aloud” feature was advertised by multiple news agencies as available to the entire user base, to both GPT-4 and GPT-3.5 users. Was this false reporting?
From what I can see, I have the read-aloud feature but no image reading when I use GPT 3.5. It is available on GPT 4.
