Can’t get a response for Zero Data Retention request

I’ve been desperately trying for weeks to enable Zero Data Retention (ZDR) for my corporate API account, but it appears impossible to get ahold of anyone at OpenAI. I’ve submitted a request to the sales team as referenced in the documentation (https://openai.com/contact-sales/), and have tried to reach folks in sales via LinkedIn. I work at a company that could spend meaningfully, but we cannot do so given the court ordered data retention as a result of the NYTimes lawsuit.

Has anyone been able to get ZDR enabled without entering into an enterprise agreement?

More present to respond to you would be to send to support@openai.com, although you may get a botty response that takes no action. You can give the action needed “please forward to the correct team” along with org ID to make it easy.
