I just tried platform.openai.com and it worked fine for login.
Have you tried a different browser?
Thank you very much for such a prompt reply. Interestingly, i could login into platform.openai in another browser (safari) but not my main browser (Arc browser)
i cleared the cookies, cache and even tried incognito mode but still got this irritating error.
can you please suggest what could be the reason?
go to https://auth.openai.com/log-in
Clear all that site’s cookies and local DOM storage.
“Incognito” also should be with no cookies or tracking, leaving one to suspect privacy settings, ad blocking or request blocking, or some interfering extension in the browser.
