There is no option “My Plan” and then “Manage My Subscription.” to change the VAT ID in my account.
I’ve also tried here (https://platform.openai.com/account/billing/preferences), but there is no option for Ukraine to add Vat ID

I’m also looking for an option to enter my Ukrainian VAT ID number in the billing details.

As of March 1, 2025, OpenAI began charging Value-Added Tax (VAT) in Ukraine in compliance with local tax regulations. This aligns with our efforts to ensure we follow applicable tax laws in the regions we operate.
If you're a registered business in Ukraine and have a valid VAT ID, you can enter it in your account settings. Once added and validated, VAT should no longer be applied to future invoices.
