I am using open AI api for the first time. i have used my credit card to update my credit to $5. set my limit to $10.month. still i am getting error as You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.
What could be the issue?

i did with 3 api keys. no luck. spent 3 hours with this issue already
