I have a project that generates content text for my product using the ChatGPT API, and I intend to use this project commercially to earn a profit. Can I do this without a licensing agreement with OpenAI?

It’s not the “ChatGPT” API. It’s the OpenAI API.
Outputs are copyright free and you can use it for commercial purposes.
