Browsing and Code Interpreter

Like other folks here, I can select third-party plugins and have the option to use a development plugin, but I can’t select the first-party Browsing or Code interpreter plugins, which seems like an oversight?

Not an oversight, developer plugin access is rolling out independent from Browsing and code execution.
