Hi, I’m having a billing issue with my OpenAI API account and I’d like some help.
I manually added credit twice:

$5 in September

$5 in November
However, when I check my account now, my balance only shows $5.
My total usage is less than 200 tokens, so I don’t think I’ve spent anywhere near $5, let alone $10. I’m just wondering: where did the other $5 go?
Could someone please help me understand what might have happened to the missing credit, or how I can check a detailed billing history to verify this?
