What do you recommend for beginners in programming and starting out in ai and ml like a YouTube Playlist courses (using python) and some beginner project

You should start learning PHP with symfony framework.
It’s not as easy to learn as e.g. python but you have more options in the long run.
A combination of python, php, sql and javascript/typescript/nodejs works great.
Add some C or golang and you can do everything.
